My name is Carlos Serrano, matte painter / Environment artist for Visual Effects. My whole life I've been fascinated with light, color, and everything related to creativity and imagination.

I began with architectural visualization but I found my place in VFX which is my passion. I am self taught and I believe in dedication, hard work and tenacity. Good sense of humor mixed with perfectionist attitude and lots of patience. I keep myself always learning and improving. I have participated in some independent films and short films. And I keep thinking that the best is still to come.
